Turkey Thursdays

Thursdays seem to have become a quick-and-easy-eat-on-the-porch kinda night. And I kinda like it. On the menu tonight were english muffin turkey melts. Homemade, in the toaster, and the most delicious. I probably didn't have to make two whole english muffins, but it's Thursday and I figured I should start carbo-loading early. Right?
